Both questionnaires and documents can be Reviewed and the following things .

The following review status can be doneset:

  • Approve - You are happy with everything

  • Approve with mitigations - It’s approved, but not everything is as you’d like.

  • Request changes - Choose this option if you would like the counterparty to chnage change something in the data provided. Maybe something was filled in incorrect, or the wrong document was added by mistake.

  • Reject - This requirement can’t be approved, thus you reject it.

  • Cancel - If you don’t want to the counterparty to deliver or answer this anyway, you can Cancel the requirement. This is only possible as long as nothing has been submitted yet.

Each requirement has a “Review” button in the top right corner. To review a requirements, please do the following:

1. Click the “Review” Review button for the requirement you want to Review.

2. You will see the Review dropdown with the options that are available. Choose the appropriate option.

4. When a requirement have been Reviewed, you will see this in Avallone, along with a date/time and a possible comment.

Click on the topic of interest to view more:5. It is possible to change a review state as long as the counterparty hasn’t been Concluded. If you, for example, spot a mistake in the questionnaire and need to request changes even though you have already approved the requirement. You can also change the status from Approved to Rejected if new information suddenly changes things.

Request changes:

If you request changes during the review process, the counterparty will receive a new email with a link to the Sharing Portal. When the counterparty enters the sharing portal they will be able to see the comment you made, and will know what to update or change.
