We have added some improvements in Avallone:

  • In Sharing, when looking at the details of a package you shared with a 3rd party, it is now possible to see if the recipient has downloaded it and when this happened.

  • In the Collector in the request overview pageFilters in Collector request overview

NEW FEATURE KYC RESPONDER

We have added several new features and improvements to the Company structure export

  • You can now select specific companies/officers to export or use the standard options we have.

  • You can add a Signature stamp to the export (The signature stamp needs to be uploaded in the Settings - Legal entity structure).

  • The same options are available when including the company structure in a Share.

  • Company structure is now saved per company, and that also means that when resetting, it is also done for one company only.

NEW PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENTS FEATURE KYC RESPONDER

  • We improved the overview when sharing a KYC package. You can now easily choose between your Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) and normal Officers.

  • Drag and drop an email containing a request from Outlook directly into the KYC Responder case so that you don’t need to collect the information yourself.

  • Additionally, we released general performance improvements to the platform, making it even faster to digitize questionnaires, load your shares, and requests.

You can now review documents within shared packages and revoke access for recipients, giving you greater control and flexibility when sharing information from Avallone.

We have changed the layout of the Sharing functionality and improved its design and intuitiveness.

  • Package names will be saved when cloning a package

  • Package names will be saved when sharing a KYC Responder case

  • Package names will be saved in the exports

  • Renaming package names is easier

Send reminders to selected counterparties.

You have talked, we have listened! You can now select which counterparties should receive reminders to fill out your KYC requests. Reminders won’t be sent to counterparties which already have provided you with all answers.

Log in to Avallone with Single Sign-On (SSO)!

You now have the improved option to log in to Avallone using your company's Microsoft or Google (and other) accounts, depending on your company's policy. If you're interested in enabling this feature for your tenant, please let us know, and we will reach out to you and your IT team to facilitate the setup process.

NEWFEATURE THE HUB

Avallone now saves the positioning of the legal entities on the company structure based on user input.

Avallone has introduced a new feature where you can now adjust the positioning of legal entities on the company structure. The changes made will be saved both in the system and in the exports. This feature is global, meaning that any changes made by one user will be reflected for all users. Additionally, it is also possible to reset the structure back to its original default location, which will apply to all users (see screenshot below).
