Link UBOs

UBOs will be shown in the Ownership & Control Structure per default.

1. Go to the company of interest

2. Go to Officers

3. Edit an existing relation or create a new one

4. Click on The officer has ownership and/or voting rights

5. Set ownership % and/or voting % to >25%

Nobody with >25%?

a. Click on +Add special rights

b. Choose special rights (not sure which to choose? see here Overview Special Rights )

Open

Link a UBO to the company structure

6. Click on Create/Update
