Counterparties

In Avallone, you have the ability to collect KYC information from two types of entities: individuals and legal entities, which we refer to as Counterparties. When we mention individuals, we are specifically referring to investors, individual customers, vendors, staff members, or any other person who is not constituting a company. When we mention legal entities, we are specifically referring to your company business partners, buyers, sellers, etc., and other legal forms that involve a legal entity.

Every Counterparty in Avallone has a dedicated profile that allows you to effectively manage and organize the collected data. Within the Counterparty profile, you can perform screenings on the legal entity and its Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs), as well as store and track KYC Collection and the risk assessment history. This centralized profile provides a comprehensive overview of the Counterparty's information, and enables you to view a thorough record of your Collection activities performed on them for auditors and internal collaboration and transparency.
