Case Management through ComplyAdvantage

After completing the screening procedure on the Avallone platform, you must review the potential matches on ComplyAdvantage.

This guide will take you through the steps of viewing and investigating potential matches on ComplyAdvantage

You now see a board the potential matches; each card represents a potential match and should be investigated.

Investigating potential matches on ComplyAdvantage

To start the investigation, you click on a card to open it up. Here you see the counterparty key information.

We need to use the key information to determine whether the potential match is a False Positive, or a True Positive from the match status dropdown.

Step 1: Check if the key information matches our counterparty.

Step 2: If you need more information to determine if the match is a True or False Positive, review the specific hits under the Adverse Media tab, next to the Key data tab.

Step 3: Assign a match status for the card.

Step 4. Once you have completed the investigation of each potential match, you need to assign the final match status for the counterparty and add any necessary comments to the case

Now, the screening match status will be updated on Avallone, where you can also extract the ComplyAdvantage screening report

For further information on ComplyAdvantage, we also recommend using their knowledge base which can be accessed here once logged in
