First-time Shares with Counterparties
A check-list to have an optimal sharing experience with your counterparties.
Do you intend to share a KYC package with a Counterparty and want to make sure that you have the best
sharing experience possible with Avallone? This checklist provides guidelines to ensure a smooth and
successful sharing experience with your Counterparty.
Sharing something from Avallone for the first time ever? Step (1) and (2) will dramatically improve your
sharing experience with Counterparties.
(1) Brand: To give the KYC packages your company feel & look, white-label the email-content with
your own company designs. E-mail White-labelling
(2) Email sender: To avoid wrongful spam and firewall detection, change the email-sender from an
Avallone email to one of your company-wide emails. E-mail Domain Change
Already shared something from Avallone but not with the specific Counterparty?
(3) Inform: Make sure to inform your contact person at the Counterparty that you are using Avallone to
share KYC in a separate email. Add a further reminder and instructions in the KYC package itself
by clicking on the box “Include personal message in the email” when sharing.
(4) Safelist: Add your Counterparty email domains to your safe-list (this is done to avoid accidentally
sending sensitive information to a wrong email) Safelist a third party domain
(5) Test: First, preview the zip file structure on Avallone. Then, share the KYC package with yourself
and download its contents to make sure you have included all information that you would like to
send.
(6) Ask Avallone: If you have any queries or require additional assistance, please feel free to use the
comment function or reach out to support@avallone.io. Our customer success team is always
available to help you and ensure that you derive the most out of our platform.
(7) Send: Send the package. Include yourself as a recipient to receive a copy of the package in your email.
(8) Prepare for response: Counterparty not happy with your KYC package? It can be challenging when
each third party has a unique setup and acceptance to new digital processes. Read how to act accordingly here: Sharing with a Third Party
