Avallone is friendly towards integrations and wants to support integrations with as much flexibility as possible. However, Avallone expects users of the API to be good API citizens. This means that the usage of the API should follow best practices, for the frequency of requests and complexity of queries. Avallone will reserve the right to rate limit or reject traffic that has a negative performance impact on the overall system.
Additionally:
The API can only be used by the company/customer for internal integrations and not by other 3rd parties. Should other 3rd parties need access this needs to be coordinated and approved by Avallone
Can not be used to pull data and share publicly
The use of the API cannot violate the privacy policy of Avallone’s customers and Avallone itself
