5 - UBO based on voting right
UBO based on voting right
In this case, one individual is a UBO based on voting rights and one individual is a UBO based on ownership.
In the below example:
UBO 1 is a UBO based on the voting rights between his Holding company and the company of interest
UBO 2 is a UBO based on the ownership between his Holding company and the company of interest
Both as indirect and caused by the relationship between the companies.
This is how the ownership and control structure is created
In the UBO tab (Ultimate Beneficial Ownership), you can see all officers defined as UBO.
The reason for UBO status, in this case, is indirect ownership and indirect voting rights.
