Clone and customize a package

Avallone allows you to easily clone and customize previously shared KYC packages. This allows preparing for future shares or creating package templates for continuous due diligence.

Why is this good news for me?

  • Imagine, you periodically receive identical (or almost identical) requests from a counterparty. You can now easily select an old request and share it again.

  • Use an old share as a template for a new one. Are you planning to open new entities to your business which expectably triggers KYC requests from banks? You can prepare a share already when you have the time for it now and share it later, so that you do not get taken off guard when you receive the requests. 

1. Go to Sharing and click on the three dots next to the KYC package of interest

2. Click on Clone & Customize

3. The package will receive the same name as the old package with a Copy of attached. Change the name according to your use case.

4. Customize the package as wished and Create or Create and share it with the counterparty. The newly cloned & customized package will show up in the sharing history
