How to work with complex structures:
Take the main company of interest as your point of view
Frequently, there's no need to share the legal entity structure of the entire organization. Instead, you can focus on the structure of a specific company for which you've received a request. When sharing a package or exporting the structure, select the particular company. This will display the hierarchy of that specific entity, including its parents, owners, and subsidiaries, without revealing the entire organizational structure, which is often irrelevant to the request.

Reorganize the location of the containers in the structure for the company of interest
Are you not happy with the default layout of the structure? You can effortlessly rearrange the containers within the legal entity structure. These adjustments are saved independently for each company, allowing you to tailor the layout to your specific needs. This flexibility enables you to streamline the structure and reorganize containers for different use cases. Watch the video below for a demonstration of this feature.
You can also reset the design of the structure to the Avallone default by clicking on the Reset icon next to the Export button.
Select specific legal entities and officers to export and share
When exporting the structure or sharing it as part of a KYC package, you have the flexibility to choose whether to include all entities (parents, subsidiaries) and UBOs related to the company of interest or to select specific ones for export. This capability extends to indirect relations, allowing you to skip subsidiaries in between entities when needed.
