Include structure in a KYC package

You can include the Ownership & Control Structure in your KYC packages.

When creating a Company package or a Request package;

1. Click on the small arrow next to Information

2. Customize what information you would like to include in the structure by clicking on the checkboxes (by default, Avallone includes a Ownership & Control Structure with the parent companies and UBOs of the company of interest). The other Options are:

  • Officers - Includes the officers with 0% ownership and 0% control

  • Parent companies - Includes all parents of the company of interest

  • Subsidiaries - Includes all subsidiaries of the company of interest

  • UBOs - Includes all UBOs of the company of interest

Customize what you would like to include in the structure

3. Finish the package

Add other relations (e.g., loan agreement) to structure

Export structure
