Link officers to a company

You can link officers to companies (e.g., UBOs). This will be reflected in your shared KYC packages.

1. Go to the officer of interest

2. Go to Companies and roles

3. Click on +Add companies and roles

4. Select the company

5. If needed, set ownership % and/or voting %.

>25% makes a person a UBO

If the person does not have >25% but should still be regarded as a UBO:

5.1. Click on +Add special UBO reason

5.2. Choose the reason from the dropdown. If none of the reasons match, you can choose ‘Other'.

6. Click on Save
