Create a new Collector request
Start collecting KYC from your counterparties.
1. Go to KYC Collector → Requests
2. Click on Create request in the request overview screen.
3. Choose either Legal entity request, Individual request or Officer request. If you have the templates created previously, use can find the templates under Use template.
When you select the request type, the request wizard will open. It consists of three pages that you will need to complete.
4. Add the Title of the Request and Assign a Responsible KYC Manager
Enter the title for your request and designate a KYC manager from your organization as Responsible. Once the request is ready for review, the assigned KYC manager(s) will receive an email notification. By default, the request creator is set as the responsible person, but this can be easily adjusted to include one or more other KYC managers as needed.
5. Add Requirements
Under Requirements select Questionnaires and/or Documents Adding document requirements to a Collector request
6. Add Counterparties. Adding counterparties/assignees to a Collector request
7. Review Your Entries and Set a Due Date
Take a moment to review the information you've entered, then set a due date for the request.
You can include an optional personal message in the email that will be sent to all assignees as part of the request.
8. Click Send
