Request overview

The The request overview screen let’s you create new Collector request.

1. Go to the KYC Collector

2. Click on Requests

The request overview screen also lists all your request, including:

• Title of requests

• Type of request (Legal entity or Individual)

• The name of the KYC manager who created the request

• Total number of counterparties in the request

• Progress for the counterparties in each request

When hovering above the graph you get more details about the status for each counterparty in the request.

There are options to filter for so you can see Closed request as well. By default only Open request are show in the list.
