Create a new Collector request
Start collecting KYC from your counterparties.
1. Go to KYC Collector → Requests
2. Click on Create request in the request overview screen.
3. Choose either Legal entity request or Individual request. If you previously created templates, these can also be used.
When you have chosen, the request wizard will open. This consist of 3 pages you need to go through.
4. What the request is about
This is where you add the Title of the request and and set who is Responsible from within your own organization. The responsible KYC managers will receive an email once the request is ready to review. By default, Avallone adds the request creator as the responsible, but this can easily be configured to be one or more other KYC managers..
5. Add Requirements

Use the Questionnaire drop down to add questionnaires. Currently, only Avallone can add more questionnaires to your list of questionnaires.
6. Add Assignees/counterparties. Adding counterparties/assignees to a Collector request
7. Review what you added and set a Due date.
Include an optional personal message in the email which will be sent out to all assignees as part of the request.
8. Click on Send
