Adding document requirements to a Collector request

Avallone allows you to configure exactly which documents you would like to collect from your counterparties.


1. Click on plus icon or on Click to add document requirements to add a new document requirement

2. Choose as many documents from each category as needed from the menus. All documents you select at this stage will be required to upload for the counterparty. The first menu you see open is document categories. Hover over a category to see the document options inside it.

Requesting document A or B

If you in the step above added a requirement for Extract from trade register for example, but you would also accept Extract from UBO requester, then you can click the drop down for Extract from trade register.

This drop down will show you all the other documents in the Proof of identity category that you can add as OR options.

The result of this is that you request Document A or Document B (or C, you can add as many options as needed) that you are happy with, and then the counterparty can upload which ever they prefer.
