To create a new Collector request template and use a template for a request, please follow the steps below.

4. Now you see an overview of the template. Add a name for the template and click “Save template” Save template

Use a template that was previously created

1. Click “Create request”. Create request

2. Choose the “Use template” option. Use template (This option is only available if you have at least one template saved).

4. To use a specific template, click on it in the template list, and then click “Use template” Use template in the lower right corner.

5. This opens the request wizard with all the values from the template pre-filled. In the request wizard you can modify the request, if you for example need to change the title, add an extra document or add another Responsible person. The template is just used to pre-fill the request wizard and any changes you make at this step will not be saved in the template.

In the template library, you also have the options to Edit an existing template or Delete it, if it’s no longer used.
