Create a new case
The initial step upon receiving a questionnaire from a bank or any other counterparty that requires processing through Avallone is to create a new request in the system.
1. Go to KYC Responder
2. Click on Create case
3. Fill in the information;
Title: Give your request a meaningful title in order to easily identify it in the system
Company(ies): To which company(ies) (one or more) the counterparty is asking information as part of the request
Counterparty type: What type of counterparty (e.g., bank, law firm, etc.) is asking for information
Description: Add extra context for internal collaboration to the request
Due date: Until when you need to send the request back to the counterparty.
Responsible(s): Who is internally responsible for making sure that the request is sent back in due time
Digitize files (Optional): Upload the questionnaires/forms you want to digitize on the platform. The following formats are supported: PDF, CSV, DOC, DOCX, MSG, XLS, XLSX, PPTX. The files need to be <20MB.
Avallone recommends: You can drag and drop your email files directly from Outlook into Avallone!
