Send reminders to counterparties

Still haven’t heard back from your counterparty regarding your request? Send reminders to them and nudge them to provide you with the needed information.
Reminders won’t be sent to counterparties which already have provided you with all answers and therefore don’t require further attention from them.
1. Go to the request of interest
2. Mark who should receive the reminders by marking the checkbox(es) next to the counterparty name(s).
You can also select all at the same time by clicking on the first checkbox.
3. Click on Send reminder
4. Optional: Add a comment to the reminder to all recipients.
5. Counterparty(ies) will receive a new email with an access link to complete their request(s).
