Close a request

When you are finished with a request, you can close it so that no more changes will be applied to the specific case.

Requests can be re-opened after they have been closed. This will allow you to re-visit the review process on the request. Review process

1. Go to the request of interest

2. Click on Close request

Close a request

3. You can view a closed request by clicking on KYC Collector → Requests → and setting the filter to Closed
