Live preview your documents in a Case
NewKYC Responder
No need for switching tabs anymore - Directly view the documents of your selection inside of the Case! We improved the user interface and made it possible to see officer documents, company documents, and questionnaires on the right side by clicking on the names of the documents.
Create and delete permission groups
More granular permission rights?! We make it possible. Create and delete your very own custom permission groups. This is an admin feature.
Case creation - even quicker! Or use them as templates
Due date and counterparty type are now optional when creating a Case, allowing you to create an “empty” Case without a strict deadline. You could use such Cases as templates to share certain package configurations. By the way, you can always add the remaining information, like the due date afterwards, so no need to worry about it too much.
Furthermore, we improved the user interface to make it even quicker to create new cases, just click on Show more options if you need to configure the Case further. Try it out!
