Manage your KYC tasks directly on Avallone

NewKYC responder

Ever felt overwhelmed by dissecting long emails from your banks? Looking for options to collaborate with your co-workers on a KYC case? Or do you simply want to track what needs to be done to complete a successful share?

You can now create your own tasks, track their progress, assign colleagues, and add due dates.

Collect officer documents

NewKYC Responder

Collect officer documents (passports, licenses, etc.) for your Officers in the KYC Responder directly through Avallone.

The recipients do not need an Avallone account. They will upload the document(s) directly through a secure portal.

Keep track of all documents collected instead of trying to find them in your emails.

Stay GDPR compliant and avoid requesting and sharing sensitive documents via email

Send a collection request to multiple people at the same time

Integrated approval and request changes if you’re not happy with the data (e.g., a blurry document)

You’re all done!

New KYC Collector

We’ve improved the user interface for counterparties who have completed all requirements on a KYC request, showing clearly that they have no more to-dos.
