Exciting new features for related persons and companies!
New kyc Collector
All related parties' profiles (such as UBOs, or parent companies) have received the same features as normal counterparties, such as the option to add questionnaires, follow-ups, an AML status, creation without questionnaires, risk scoring options, sending direct KYC requests, more Activities and improved Document editing functionality.
This also means that you no longer need a questionnaire to create the legal entity structure of your counterparties if you already have the information beforehand. Simply connect any counterparty with another counterparty by using the related parties tab.
Make sure that your counterparties have an AML status
New kyc Collector
An AML status is a straightforward tool for compliance managers to identify whether all relevant due diligence has been performed on counterparties. We made it easier to get an overview of the saved states by highlighting them in the counterparty list and adding more filter options.
Custom colors in entity structure

Use any RGB or HEX code to customize your legal entity structure even further, whether its for branding and marketing policies or for highlighting your entities' different types and purposes.
Bring your own Docusign license
