Create and manage approval groups

Configure your approval groups for an enhanced approval workflow in your KYC Collection requests. Approval groups are linked to the role(s) of a Counterparty to whom you are sending the request (find out more: Connect approval groups with Counterparty roles)


Certain permissions are required for a user to manager approval groups. Reach out to support@avallone.io for details on user management.

Create a new approval group

1. Go to Settings

2. Go to Approval Groups

3. Click on Create

4. Enter the name of the new approval group

5. Click Create

Add users to the approval group

1. Go to Settings

2. Go to Approval Groups

3. Click on the approval group you would like to add a new user to

4. Under Approvers, click on +Add
